We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Thrives in creating connections and building networks.

- Is able to work independently and efficiently.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organize and participate in networking events, lunch & learns, and conferences focused on psychiatric services, TMS, and alternative therapies.
- Act as a Mental Health Advocate, being the first point of contact for patients and professionals, maintaining professionalism and passion for our treatment options.
- Coordinate internal team-building events to bolster company morale.
- Educate patients and professionals about TMS, possessing in-depth knowledge of TMS procedures and appropriate referral processes.
- Understand health insurance intricacies, including TMS criteria and contraindications for each provider.
- Source referrals to My Psychiatrist practice.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to broaden knowledge of My TMS services and treatments.
- Manage budget and provide monthly expense reports to the VP of Operations.
- Work with the Intake Coordinator to improve patient onboarding, retention, and analyze referral trends.
- Produce various reports and analytics on referral patterns, insurance trends, and conversion rates.
- Travel and rotate among My Psychiatrist locations as required.
- Exhibit excellent multitasking, organizational, and detail-oriented skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage effectively with office team members and maintain open communication with providers and staff.
- Assist with phone calls, office files maintenance, data updates, and other tasks as needed.
- Be willing to take on new challenges and adapt to changing responsibilities.
