Dré Johnson is a published social-science researcher, Adjunct Professor, and certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist from Rochester, NY. Dre’s work has been featured in newspaper articles and research journals nationally and internationally. He earned the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Minority Fellowship, and the Florida Atlantic University (FAU) Provost Fellowship while completing his Master of Clinical Social Work graduating with high honors.
In his career, Dré has served as a School Social Worker and the Founding Team Leader of New York State’s first Emergency Response Social Work Unit responding to 911 mental health crisis calls. Dré is passionate about humanizing mental health and supporting fragile communities.
