A proud Puerto Rican veteran, Dr. Vazquez is dedicated to improving the mental health and quality of life for individuals of all ages. His Latino heritage provides him with a unique cultural understanding, compassion, and deep commitment to his patients.

Dr. Vazquez received his medical degree from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years. While building his psychiatry career, he served for 12 years as a Major in the U.S. Army Reserve. These experiences taught him the importance of resilience, adaptability, and the value of each individual’s story.

These lessons have deeply influenced his approach to patient care, which centers on understanding each person’s unique background, experiences, and goals.
