The Systems Behind Great Care Don’t Build Themselves
At My Psychiatrist, exceptional mental healthcare depends on more than great clinicians.
It depends on systems.
Schedules that work.
Programs that run.
Coverage that is coordinated.
Communication that reaches the right people at the right time.
The Clinical Operations Coordinator sits at the center of that ecosystem.
This is one of the most important operational roles in the organization.
Not because it manages people.
Because it manages the systems that allow people to succeed.
We are looking for someone who loves creating order from complexity. Someone who notices details others miss. Someone who takes ownership naturally and understands that operational excellence is what allows patient care to happen at scale.
The Why Behind the Role
Mental healthcare becomes more effective when clinicians can focus on patients rather than logistics.
That doesn’t happen by accident.
It happens because someone is managing the infrastructure behind the scenes.
Provider schedules.
Coverage plans.
Clinical training programs.
Residency operations.
Preceptorships.
Extended hours programming.
Cross-functional communication.
The Clinical Operations Coordinator helps create the operational stability that supports providers, strengthens patient access, and allows the organization to grow responsibly.
