Business Development Manager (Orlando & Central Florida)

Access Begins with Relationships.

Mental healthcare changes lives—but only when people know where to turn.

Patients don’t choose a provider by chance.

They choose one because someone they trust points them in the right direction.

At My Psychiatrist, we’re building trusted partnerships that expand access to exceptional behavioral healthcare across Central Florida.

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll represent a physician-led organization committed to clinical excellence, operational integrity, and exceptional patient care.

You’ll cultivate lasting relationships with physicians, therapists, hospitals, healthcare systems, employers, schools, and community organizations throughout Orlando and the surrounding region—helping more people connect with the care they need while supporting the continued growth of one of Florida’s fastest-growing mental health organizations.

If you’re energized by building relationships with purpose, identifying opportunities others overlook, and creating measurable impact across an entire region, you’ll find meaningful work here.

The Why Behind the Role

Exceptional care only changes lives when people can access it.

That’s why this role exists.

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll strengthen the network of relationships that connects patients, providers, and communities across Central Florida.

Every partnership you build creates another pathway to care—expanding access, supporting our providers, and helping more individuals and families receive timely, high-quality behavioral healthcare.

The Role

As the Business Development Manager for Orlando and Central Florida, you’ll serve as the strategic leader responsible for expanding My Psychiatrist’s presence throughout one of Florida’s fastest-growing healthcare markets.

This role is built around ownership.

You’ll develop and execute a regional growth strategy that strengthens physician relationships, expands referral networks, builds community partnerships, and supports sustainable organizational growth throughout Orlando, Lake Nona, Brevard County, Tampa, and the surrounding Central Florida communities.

Working closely with Executive Leadership, Marketing, Clinical Operations, and Contact Center Operations, you’ll identify opportunities that improve patient access, increase provider utilization, and position My Psychiatrist as the preferred behavioral health partner throughout the region.

You’ll operate at the intersection of:

  • Business Development
  • Physician & Referral Relations
  • Community Partnerships
  • Regional Market Strategy
  • Patient Access
  • Organizational Growth

This isn’t about maintaining relationships.

It’s about building the future of behavioral healthcare across Central Florida.
