How to Access Your Telehealth Appointment

Begin preparing for your visit with the following video. We’ve created a step-by-step guide to help you understand how our telehealth visits will look, ensuring you feel informed and prepared for your first visit. Know that even if you are switching to telehealth solely for convenience reasons, data shows it is just as effective as in-person visits. Preparing for your visit

1. Check your email/Texts – On the day of your visit, you’ll receive an email or text with the information about your visit.
2. Click the link – A link will be sent to you, click on it and follow the steps shown
   • Enter your name, First and Last
   • Optional Internet Connection test, helps ensure everything runs smoothly during your telehealth call
   • Grant any permissions needed
3. Click the Knock button at the bottom of your screen to join the waiting room
4. At your scheduled appointment time, your provider will welcome you into the meeting room.
5. Your session will begin!
