Build the Infrastructure Behind Access
Growth in healthcare isn’t about opening more offices.
It’s about building the systems that make care possible.
At My Psychiatrist, credentialing is not administrative—it’s infrastructure. It determines how fast providers can see patients, how reliably we can scale, and how effectively we deliver care across Florida.
We’re looking for a Credentialing Manager who understands that precision, timelines, and systems directly impact patient access—and is ready to own that responsibility.
The Role
You will serve as the central point of accountability for credentialing infrastructure across a growing, multi-site behavioral health organization.
From provider onboarding to payor enrollment to activation timelines, you will build and manage the systems that ensure providers are credentialed, enrolled, and ready to deliver care—on time, every time.
This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Revenue Cycle, Clinical Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to support expansion and new location launches.
What You’ll Own
End-to-End Credentialing & Enrollment
- Manage credentialing for psychiatrists, PMHNPs, psychologists, and therapists
- Oversee Medicare, Florida Medicaid, and commercial payor enrollments
- Ensure complete, accurate, and timely application submissions
Systems & Process Infrastructure
- Own CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and provider data integrity
- Build and maintain a centralized credentialing tracking system
- Develop dashboards to track provider status and activation timelines
- Identify inefficiencies and implement workflow improvements
Provider Activation & Revenue Alignment
- Track timelines from signed offer → first billable claim
- Align credentialing with hiring and operational start dates
- Partner with Revenue Cycle to ensure billing readiness
Expansion & Group Enrollment
- Manage credentialing for new locations and TIN enrollments
- Support payor panel participation and growth initiatives
Compliance & Re-Credentialing
- Ensure zero missed re-credentialing deadlines
- Maintain active licensure, malpractice, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all federal and commercial payor requirements
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Provide clear, consistent reporting to leadership
- Serve as the subject matter expert on credentialing strategy and execution
How You’ll Be Measured
- Reduced time from offer acceptance to first billable claim
- Accuracy and timeliness of credentialing submissions
- Zero missed re-credentialing deadlines
- Visibility into credentialing status across the organization
- Successful support of new office launches
What You Bring (Required)
- 5+ years of healthcare credentialing experience
- Direct experience credentialing behavioral health providers
- Strong knowledge of Florida Medicare and Medicaid enrollment
- Experience managing credentialing across multiple providers
- Proficiency with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and enrollment systems
- High attention to detail, ownership, and accountability
- Systems thinking and operational problem-solving
Preferred
- Experience in multi-site healthcare organizations
- Familiarity with behavioral health operations
- Experience building tracking systems or reporting dashboards
Who Thrives Here
- You don’t wait for processes—you build them
- You see delays as problems to solve, not accept
- You understand that systems create speed, clarity, and scale
- You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
