Medical Assistant

Behind Every Great Psychiatric Visit Is Someone Who Made It Possible.

Patients often remember the compassion of their clinician.

What they don’t always see is the precision, preparation, and coordination that made that care possible.

At My Psychiatrist, we believe exceptional mental healthcare is built long before a provider enters the exam room.

It begins with systems that work.

Teams that communicate.

Details that never get overlooked.

And Medical Assistants who understand that every interaction, every chart, every medication, and every patient encounter matters.

If you’re someone who takes pride in doing excellent work, enjoys creating order, and believes professionalism is one of the greatest forms of patient care, you’ll feel at home here.

The Why Behind the Role

Mental healthcare is deeply personal.

Behind every diagnosis, medication adjustment, follow-up appointment, and treatment plan is a team working together to help someone move forward.

As a Medical Assistant, you become an essential clinical partner to our Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatry Residents, and multidisciplinary behavioral health teams.

Your work creates the structure that allows providers to focus on what matters most—delivering exceptional patient care.

Based at our Hollywood Headquarters, you’ll support one of the busiest and most collaborative clinical environments within My Psychiatrist, where operational excellence and patient experience work together every day.

You’ll help ensure every visit begins prepared, every patient feels supported, and every provider has the information needed to make confident clinical decisions.

This isn’t simply clinical support.

It’s continuity of care, operational excellence, and patient advocacy working together.

The Role

Based at our Hollywood Headquarters, you’ll support providers caring for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults through both in-person and telehealth services.

As one of our primary clinical hubs, the Hollywood office brings together physicians, advanced practice providers, residents, and operational teams working collaboratively to deliver integrated behavioral healthcare.

Every day requires thoughtful organization, clinical accuracy, and calm professionalism.

You’ll work at the intersection of:

  • Clinical Operations
  • Patient Experience
  • Provider Support
  • Care Coordination
  • Medication Management
  • Operational Excellence

No two days look exactly alike.

What remains constant is the standard.

Precision.

Preparation.

Professionalism.
