We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who wants to practice meaningful therapy within a structure that values quality, collaboration, and long-term professional growth.

The Role
As an LCSW at My Psychiatrist Lake Nona, you will provide psychotherapy services within a collaborative outpatient behavioral health setting serving patients across the lifespan.
You will work alongside:
- Psychiatrists
- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
- Psychologists
- Care Coordinators
- Clinical Operations teams
This is team-based care designed intentionally around quality—not volume.
What You’ll Own
- Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed approaches
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers on patient care coordination
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation using modern systems and AI-assisted tools
- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and continuous growth
Non-Negotiable Requirements
Required
- Active Florida LCSW license
(Registered Clinical Social Work Interns are also encouraged to apply) - Strong clinical judgment and ethical foundation
- Experience working with:
- Anxiety disorders
- Depression
- Trauma
- Mood disorders
- Comfort operating within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
- Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
Preferred
- Experience within outpatient behavioral health settings
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience with telehealth and hybrid care delivery
