Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Redesigning Mental Healthcare Starts With People Who Care Deeply About the Work

At My Psychiatrist, we believe access to exceptional mental healthcare begins with clinicians who practice with intention, emotional intelligence, and clinical integrity.

We are a physician-led, fast-growing mental health organization building an integrated care model where psychiatry, talk therapy, psychological testing, TMS & neuromodulation, SPRAVATO®, and patient operations work together as one connected system.

Not fragmented care.
Not isolated providers.
A collaborative clinical environment designed to support both patients and clinicians at a high level.

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who wants to practice meaningful therapy within a structure that values quality, collaboration, and long-term professional growth.
