Patient Care Liaison

Every Great Patient Experience Begins Before the Appointment.

Patients don’t judge healthcare solely by the care they receive.

They remember how they were welcomed.

How clearly they were guided.

How confidently someone helped them navigate the process.

At My Psychiatrist, we believe those moments aren’t secondary to care.

They are part of the care.

That’s why our Patient Care Liaisons do far more than answer phones or check patients in.

They create confidence.

They remove uncertainty.

They help patients feel supported from the moment they schedule their first appointment until long after they leave the office.

If you’re someone who believes professionalism, organization, and human connection belong together, you’ll find meaningful work here.

The Why Behind the Role

Mental healthcare works best when patients know what comes next.

When communication is proactive.

When appointments stay organized.

When providers are prepared.

When patients feel seen long before they’re called into an exam room.

As a Patient Care Liaison, you’ll become one of the most important connections between our patients, providers, and operational teams.

Your work directly influences:

  • Patient confidence
  • Continuity of care
  • Provider utilization
  • Scheduling accuracy
  • Patient retention
  • Clinical workflow
  • Overall patient experience

This isn’t a traditional front desk role.

It’s patient experience, operational excellence, and care coordination working together to ensure every patient journey feels intentional from beginning to end.

The Role

Based in our Lake Nona office, you’ll support one of Central Florida’s growing physician-led behavioral health practices, caring for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults through both in-person and telehealth services.

  • TMS providers
  • Medical Assistants

  • Patient Experience
  • Practice Operations
  • Care Coordination
  • Scheduling Excellence
  • Provider Support
  • Operational Execution
