More Than a Medical Assistant. Be a Clinical Partner.
Great psychiatric care depends on more than what happens between a provider and a patient during an appointment.
It depends on what happens around that appointment.
The intake is accurate. The medication list is current. The refill request reaches the right person. The lab result gets followed through. The clinical message doesn’t disappear into a queue. And when something requires a provider’s attention, someone recognizes it and escalates it.
At My Psychiatrist, our Medical Assistants are clinical partners—supporting Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and Psychiatry Residents while helping medical operations move seamlessly around them.
As a bilingual Medical Assistant at My Psychiatrist in South Miami, you’ll support both in-person and telehealth care. You’ll prepare patients for care, keep providers informed, coordinate medication and refill workflows, support labs and diagnostic testing, manage clinical communication, and make sure important details don’t get lost between appointments.
If you take pride in precision, ownership, follow-through, and being someone your clinical team can depend on, this role was built for you.
