Practice With Autonomy. Never Practice Alone.
You don’t need another therapy job.
You need an environment where you can do your best clinical work, build financial stability, and continue becoming a stronger clinician.
At My Psychiatrist in Hollywood, Florida, our Licensed Clinical Therapists have the independence to lead their therapeutic relationships while practicing within an integrated behavioral health community.
You’ll work alongside Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Psychological & Neuropsychological Testing professionals, TMS & Neuromodulation team, and SPRAVATO® teams.
When your patients’ needs evolve and they need more than therapy alone, you’re surrounded by professionals who can help you connect the pieces.
You can exchange clinical perspectives, coordinate treatment when appropriate, and help patients navigate a broader continuum of behavioral healthcare—while remaining focused on the therapeutic relationship you were hired to lead.
Your autonomy isn’t replaced by collaboration. It’s strengthened by it.
You gain the community around you.
