His Journey and Approach to Care
Alex earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Thomas University. His academic pursuits laid a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, psychological theories, and therapeutic techniques.
Beginning his career in various settings, Alex has gained extensive experience in residential treatment centers, community-based organizations, and private practice environments. His work with diverse populations has equipped him with the skills to address a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, including Substance Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorders, Relationship Issues, Bipolar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder.
