Your Role & Impact: As a valued member of our team, your role will involve:
- Clinical Excellence: Conducting in-depth assessments, formulating diagnoses, and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Innovative Therapy: Providing tailored therapeutic interventions in various formats.
- Progress Tracking: Monitoring and documenting client progress, adapting strategies as needed.
- Education & Empowerment: Educating clients and their families on mental health, treatment options, and coping skills.
- Collaborative Care: Working alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Continuous Improvement: Contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality.
- Personal Well-Being: Emphasizing self-care to maintain your professional and personal health.
Qualifications You Bring:
- LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT certification, with a preference for 2+ years of postgraduate experience.
- Proficiency in EMR and other technical tools.
- An active, unrestricted Florida license.
- A diverse clinical background with strong clinical skills.
- Commitment to ethical practice and cultural competence.
- Excellent communication skills and empathetic approach.
- A dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
