Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Redesigning Mental Healthcare Starts With You

At My Psychiatrist, we believe access to high-quality mental health care begins long before a patient walks into a room. It begins with people—clinicians who lead with intention, practice with integrity, and understand the responsibility of being part of someone’s healing journey.

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is committed to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care in a collaborative, physician-led environment.

The Role

As an LCSW, you will provide psychotherapy services to a diverse patient population, working alongside psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and psychologists within an integrated care model.

This is not isolated therapy. This is coordinated, team-based care designed to improve outcomes and expand access.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, etc.)
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers on treatment planning
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
  • Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Florida license as an LCSW
  • Strong clinical judgment and ethical foundation
  • Experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders
  • Comfort in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
  • A commitment to both patient outcomes and personal growth

What You’ll Find Here

  • $3,000 sign-on bonus
  • Annual earning potential exceeding $90,000
  • W-2 structure with a full benefits package
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • 15 days of PTO + 8 paid holidays
  • $2,500 CE allowance + 5 paid CME days for professional development
  • Telehealth and in-person flexibility—designed to support both patient access and clinician balance
  • Malpractice insurance fully covered
  • End-to-end licensing & credentialing support
  • Strong administrative infrastructure—so your focus stays where it matters: on patients
  • Access to the latest digital tools and dedicated IT support
  • A physician-led organization that prioritizes clinical quality
  • A collaborative team that values curiosity, accountability, and growth
  • The opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding mental health platform
