Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Where Clinical Excellence Meets Real-World Impact

At My Psychiatrist, we are building a system of care that is human, scalable, and grounded in clinical integrity.

We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who brings both skill and intention to their work—someone who understands that effective therapy is both an art and a discipline.

The Role

As an LMHC, you will provide high-quality psychotherapy within a multidisciplinary team, helping patients navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and complex emotional challenges.

You won’t be working alone. You’ll be part of a system designed to support you and the patients you serve.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver individual therapy using evidence-based approaches
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Partner with psychiatric providers to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
  • Participate in a culture that values outcomes, not just activity

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Florida license as an LMHC
  • Strong therapeutic presence and communication skills
  • Experience across a range of mental health conditions
  • Ability to balance empathy with clinical structure
  • A mindset focused on growth, learning, and accountability

What You’ll Find Here

  • $3,000 sign-on bonus
  • Annual earning potential exceeding $90,000
  • W-2 structure with a full benefits package
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • 15 days of PTO + 8 paid holidays
  • $2,500 CE allowance + 5 paid CME days for professional development
  • Telehealth and in-person flexibility—designed to support both patient access and clinician balance
  • Malpractice insurance fully covered
  • End-to-end licensing & credentialing support
  • Strong administrative infrastructure—so your focus stays where it matters: on patients
  • Access to the latest digital tools and dedicated IT support
  • A physician-led organization that prioritizes clinical quality
  • A collaborative team that values curiosity, accountability, and growth
  • The opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding mental health platform

Why It Matters

The quality of care patients receive is directly tied to the environment clinicians work in.

We’ve built that environment with intention.

If you’re ready to do meaningful work—supported by a team that understands what that requires—we invite you to apply. Reach out to Diana Paul at diana.paul@mypsychiatrist.com
