We’re looking for a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our purpose-driven practice and bring care, connection, and healing to individuals and families across Florida. Whether it’s in person or through telehealth, your voice, your expertise, and your heart can change lives here.
What You’ll Do
As a key part of our interdisciplinary care team, you will:

Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans.

Provide evidence-based therapy (individual, couples, family, or group).

Diagnose and document conditions using DSM-5 criteria and EMR tools.

Monitor treatment progress and make real-time adjustments to ensure client success.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and healthcare teams to deliver wraparound care.

Educate clients and families on coping strategies, conditions, and wellness goals.

Maintain detailed, ethical, and confidential documentation.

Take part in clinical meetings, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For

Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency required.

Active, unrestricted LCSW license in Florida.

Strong clinical skills with a broad range of client populations.

Proficiency with EMRs and digital tools.

Compassionate communicator with ethical and culturally competent care.
