We’re looking for a bilingual Psychologist (PsyD) who wants to practice at the top of their license, collaborate with high-caliber clinicians, and be part of a system that respects both patients and providers.

This is a role for a clinician who values diagnostic clarity, thoughtful treatment, and meaningful outcomes.
You will:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (individual, couples, and family)
- Deliver care via telehealth and/or in-person, based on clinical need and your preferences
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, LCSWs, and care teams
- Contribute to diagnostic formulation through psychological testing and behavioral analysis
- Maintain ethical, compliant, and high-quality clinical documentation
- Participate in consultations, case discussions, and professional development opportunities
Who Thrives Here
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- PsyD or PhD from an APA-accredited program
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Clinical Psychologist in Florida
- Strong foundation in psychological testing, diagnosis, and evidence-based care
- Values culturally responsive, ethical, and patient-centered practice
- Comfortable in a collaborative, physician-led environment
- Motivated by quality, not quotas
