The Role

As a Psychometrist at My Psychiatrist Hollywood, you will administer and score a wide range of psychological and neuropsychological assessments under the supervision of a licensed Psychologist.

You will work closely with:

  • Psychologists
  • Psychiatrists
  • Patient Care Liaisons
  • Clinical Operations teams
  • Patients across diverse age groups and clinical presentations

Your work directly supports:

  • Diagnostic clarification
  • Treatment planning
  • Cognitive and behavioral assessment
  • ADHD and learning disorder evaluations
  • Mood and personality assessment
  • Neuropsychological care pathways

This role sits at the intersection of clinical precision, operational excellence, and patient experience.


What You’ll Own

Psychological & Neuropsychological Testing

  • Administer standardized psychological and neuropsychological assessments with accuracy and consistency
  • Support testing across cognitive, academic, behavioral, personality, and executive functioning domains
  • Ensure testing environments remain calm, organized, and clinically appropriate
  • Observe and document patient behavior throughout the assessment process

Scoring, Documentation & Clinical Support

  • Accurately score and document assessment results in a timely manner
  • Prepare testing materials and maintain organized assessment workflows
  • Support Psychologists with diagnostic clarification and reporting preparation
  • Maintain strict adherence to testing protocols, ethical standards, and supervision guidelines

Operational Coordination & Patient Experience

  • Coordinate testing schedules alongside Patient Care Liaisons and clinical teams
  • Help create a seamless, professional, and patient-centered testing experience
  • Maintain accurate documentation within EMR systems and operational workflows
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards at all times

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
  • 1+ year of experience administering psychological or neuropsychological assessments
    (internship or supervised training experience accepted)
  • Strong understanding of standardized testing administration protocols
  • High attention to detail and scoring accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations
  • Comfort working on-site Monday–Friday
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and documentation workflows

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Psychology or related field
  • Experience within outpatient behavioral health or neuropsychological testing settings
  • Familiarity with assessments such as:
    • WAIS
    • WISC
    • MMPI
    • Conners
    • Other cognitive and personality measures
  • Bilingual English & Spanish
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations
  • Exposure to ADHD, learning disorder, mood disorder, and cognitive impairment evaluations
