The TMS Intake Lead will be responsible for providing and contributing to the company’s mission, vision, and values.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Bilingual TMS Intake Lead to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll engage prospective patients over the phone, providing comprehensive details about our TMS services, addressing queries, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Your empathy, deep product knowledge, and exceptional communication skills will empower individuals to make informed choices about their mental health treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engagement and Connection: Initiate outbound calls to potential patients showing interest in TMS services. Build connections, actively listen to their needs, and offer compassionate support.
Mastery of Services: Develop an intricate understanding of My TMS services – their benefits, treatment journey, success stories, and potential outcomes. Communicate this information clearly and confidently to potential patients.
Accurate Information: Provide accurate and relevant insights about TMS services, addressing inquiries about treatment options, duration, potential effects, and costs. Adapt your communication to address each individual’s unique concerns.
Guided Decision-Making: Evaluate the suitability of TMS services for each patient’s condition and circumstances. Provide personalized recommendations, guiding potential patients toward choices aligned with their needs.
Enrollment Facilitation: Assist potential patients in navigating the enrollment process, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and ensuring a seamless transition to our clinical team.
Building Trust: Maintain a positive and empathetic approach to build trust with potential patients. Follow up as needed, nurturing relationships for future opportunities.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of patient interactions, inquiries, and outcomes in our CRM system. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Collaborative Contribution: Work closely with the marketing and clinical teams, staying updated about updates, new offerings, and treatment protocols. Provide feedback from patient interactions to enhance our services.
Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish; required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Previous experience in phone sales is a must; experience in healthcare or mental health sales is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to convey complex medical information empathetically.
Empathetic and patient-oriented mindset, capable of handling sensitive topics and emotional conversations.
Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in active listening and skilled at asking probing questions to understand patient needs.
Basic understanding of mental health conditions and treatments is advantageous.
Familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
Associates Degree, minimum. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
