My Psychiatrist clinicians and psychiatrists are U.S. board-certified and licensed to practice medicine in the states of Florida, Pennsylvania and California. They can diagnose, treat and prescribe medication if medically necessary. When you request to speak with a doctor, we’ll ask you where you’d like any prescription to be sent.

We treat and prescribe medication for a wide range of conditions:

  • Mental Health
    • Stress & anxiety
    • Depression
    • Grief counseling
    • And more

When medically necessary

Mental health medical doctors

Board-Certified Psychiatrists and Clinicians providing consults for My Psychiatrist members offer therapies and prescriptions for a wide range of conditions that deliver direct value. These include, but are not limited to, drug classes such as antidepressants, specific anxiolytics, and some substance use adjuncts. As we expand our remote laboratory capabilities, the classes of medications prescribed through My Psychiatrist will increase. Prescriptions and psychotherapies can be for short term or maintenance treatment. In the event a doctor does prescribe medication, he/she will limit the supply based on state regulations.

My Psychiatrist doctors do not issue additional prescriptions for substances controlled by the DEA, non-therapeutic, and/or certain other drugs which may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. These include, but are not limited to, schedule II medications and non-therapeutic drugs such as Viagra and Cialis are not prescribed by My Psychiatrist doctors.

Therapists

My Psychiatrist Therapists do not prescribe medications.
