Akash Doshi, MD, is a dedicated and compassionate South Florida psychiatrist providing care for a wide range of mental health conditions, with additional interests in men’s wellness, lifestyle-based approaches, and evidence-supported weight management.

Dr. Doshi completed his undergraduate studies in Atlanta before earning his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He is currently completing his psychiatry residency at Broward Health. His broad clinical experience and approachable, down-to-earth style allow him to connect effectively with patients from all backgrounds.

Dr. Doshi believes in meeting patients wherever they are in their mental health journey. Known for his open-mindedness and adaptability, he is comfortable seeing patients with nearly any psychiatric concern, from mood disorders to complex psychiatric conditions.
