Her Journey and Approach to Care
Dianne began her nursing career in 2010 after earning her degree from Indian River State College. Prior to nursing, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University and a Master’s in Industrial and Labor Relations with a concentration in Human Resources from Cornell University. She worked as a Human Resources Manager for an aerospace company, where she developed a deep understanding of people and organizational dynamics.
Nursing is Dianne’s second career, and her experience in emergency medicine exposed her to many patients in mental health crises. This pivotal experience inspired her to pursue a career as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her PMHNP degree from Nova Southeastern University, equipping her with specialized skills to address complex mental health needs.
Dianne’s holistic approach integrates her diverse experiences, allowing her to provide empathetic and personalized care. She is dedicated to helping her patients navigate their mental health journeys with expertise and compassion.
