Her Journey and Approach to Care
Elena began her nursing career after receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University School of Nursing in 2016. She gained valuable experience caring for patients with comorbid medical, surgical, and psychiatric conditions, which deepened her understanding of the complexities of mental health.
Motivated to specialize in psychiatry, Elena pursued her Master of Science in Nursing at St. Thomas University, focusing on psychiatric mental health. Her holistic approach emphasizes understanding each individual’s unique life story, enabling her to provide tailored treatment plans that address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
