Her Journey and Approach to Care
Lissette earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Hunter College’s School of Social Work in New York. Her diverse background has honed her expertise in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness practices.
