Mabel Martinez, APRN, is a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at My Psychiatrist. Motivated by her desire to support individuals in achieving optimal emotional, physical, and mental health, Mabel is dedicated to providing comprehensive and personalized care to her patients.
She specializes in evaluating and treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, panic disorders, trauma-related disorders, psychotic disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and ADHD. Mabel believes in building strong rapport with her patients, employing active listening skills, and taking a holistic approach to care.
Her Journey and Approach to Care
Mabel obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Florida International University. Driven by her passion for mental health, she pursued her Master’s Degree in Nursing at the University of Miami, becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
With a genuine interest in understanding each person’s unique life story, Mabel strives to help her patients achieve resolution of symptoms. She is committed to providing them with a solid foundation to thrive, enabling them to function within their communities and become productive individuals.
