Mabel Martinez is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, motivated by her desire to support individuals in achieving optimal emotional, physical and mental health. Mabel obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Florida International University and her Master’s degree from the University of Miami.
With a genuine passion for helping people heal and attain psychological wellness, Mabel is committed to providing her patients with the relief they deserve and helping them become the best versions of themselves. She finds inspiration in witnessing the remarkable growth and transformation of her patients.
Mabel believes in the power of building a strong rapport with her patients, employing active listening skills, and taking a holistic approach to care. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, she possesses expertise in evaluating and treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders. Her experience includes working with individuals suffering from Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorders, Anxiety and Panic Disorders, Trauma-Related Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders, and Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Driven by her genuine interest in understanding each person’s unique life story, Mabel strives to help her patients achieve the resolution of symptoms. Her ultimate goal is to provide them with a solid foundation to thrive, enabling them to function within their communities and become productive individuals.
