Rose is a passionate therapist with an unwavering dedication to the well-being of others and a commitment to excellence in her field. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida State University, Rose is committed to fostering positive change in the lives of individuals through compassionate care. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern at My Psychiatrist.
Prior to her role at My Psychiatrist, Rose gained valuable experience at PACE Center for Girls, where she provided essential social, emotional, and behavioral support services to at-promise youth and their families. Her work focused on empowering girls ages 11-17 to overcome challenges and thrive. During this time, she honed her abilities in crisis intervention, individual therapy, and familial interventions.
As a Family Support Specialist at JAFCO Children’s Ability Center, Rose specialized in assisting children and families affected by developmental disabilities and chronic illnesses. Rose not only offered emotional guidance but also facilitated connections with vital community resources, providing invaluable support to those in need.
