Stephanie Craig is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at My Psychiatrist in Oakland Park, Florida. She attended Illinois State University, receiving her Bachelor’s degree in psychology. Stephanie earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois in 2001. Stephanie has worked with children, adolescents, families, and adults; providing home-based therapy, services in foster care and adoption settings, and therapy in hospitals and outpatient clinics in the United States and the United Kingdom.
Stephanie has resided in South Florida for almost 10 years. She utilizes Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Life Story Work. Stephanie also enjoys incorporating art-based interventions in working with her patients. Stephanie provides support to patients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, parenting, attachment issues, complicated grief/loss/bereavement, coping with complex and chronic medical conditions, and end-of-life.
