Wesguer Vilce, PMHNP-BC is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has been providing comprehensive psychiatric care at My Psychiatrist and Ventre Medical Associates since 2017. With over a decade of experience across inpatient hospitals, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and outpatient settings, Wesguer brings strong diagnostic expertise and steady clinical leadership to his work.

He treats patients across the lifespan—from children and adolescents to adults—helping individuals manage Major Depressive Disorder, ADHD, anxiety disorders, OCD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, and other psychiatric conditions.

Originally trained as a physician, Wesguer earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Faculté de Médecine et de Pharmacie in Haiti in 2004. His medical background included the management of childhood illnesses, psychotic disorders, and dementia, providing him with a broad clinical foundation that continues to inform his psychiatric practice today.
