Patient Care Liaison

Exceptional Care Is Built Through Exceptional Communication

At My Psychiatrist Lake Nona, we believe the patient experience is shaped by the moments between appointments just as much as the appointments themselves.

The follow-through.
The responsiveness.
The professionalism.
The ability to help patients feel informed and supported every step of the way.

The Patient Care Liaison plays a critical role in creating that experience.

This role is designed for someone who values communication, structure, emotional intelligence, and operational precision—and who understands that trust is built through consistency.

At our Lake Nona location, you will support a diverse patient population across the lifespan, working alongside Psychiatrists, Therapists, TMS providers, and multidisciplinary clinical teams within one of Florida’s fastest-growing physician-led mental health organizations.

This is not a traditional front desk role.
It is patient coordination, continuity of care, and operational excellence working together in real time.

The Why Behind the Role
